Amie branches out with Sonaírí
The amazing Amie Dyer – or should that be the world class Amie Dyer – is expanding her career again.
She has teamed up with David Corr to form classical singing duet, Sonaírí.
“Since we both graduated with Masters in Music and Performance from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, we’ve had the joy of performing together at a range of cultural and corporate events—and every time feels like something special.
We’ve already got a series of exciting performances lined up, and I can’t wait to share what’s ahead! The name Sonaírí is drawn from the Irish word ‘sona,’ meaning joyful or happy—a feeling that perfectly captures the heart of what we do. Our music is about connection, emotion, and bringing beauty to every space we perform in, and we wanted a name that reflected that spirit.
Though Sonaírí is a unique and invented word, it carries the essence of joy and song woven into its core. Life is full at the moment—with Sonaírí and solo projects keeping myself and David wonderfully busy—and I wouldn’t have it any other way,” Amie revealed.
She is an absolute superstar and the world is her oyster.
